As a young actor, Sondra saw a need for the life actor to receive the kind of personal training for life performance that the professional actor received for theatrical performance.
Seeing similar dilemmas and rewards that occur in both the art of acting and the act of living, she developed Life Performance Practices.
Since the 1990’s she has been teaching LPP in large corporations, such as Walt Disney Imagineering, Hughes Aircraft, in law and CPA firms and other small businesses.
She taught LPP at Cedar Sinai Comprehensive Cancer Center and at UCLA Adult Ed. She has been a speaker for The Arthritis Foundation, Stroke and Head Injury at Daniel Freeman Hospital, and various other organizations as well as in the private sector.
Experiencing the results of LPPractices, she is eager to train qualified Life Performance Directors so that more and more people from all walks of life can benefit from this self-knowledge.
Quick Change Studio [QCS] is a creative resource company that serves the public by producing art, science and humanities-related events. QCS works in cooperation with businesses, organizations and individuals in the research, establishment and growth of higher human values in our expanding global culture. Life Performance Practices (LPP) is QCS’s principal work.
Life Performance Practices is a performance-based education designed to give individuals and groups a greater awareness of how our routine character and actions can affect the outcome of situations in our lives. To act is to do, and by that definition, acting is the one art all human beings have in common.
